The coursework and website were tremendously easy to navigate. The coursework was very well laid out and made interesting much of the minutiae that otherwise could have been tedious. However, the online testing was an unmitigated disappointment. With the exception of 1 time, each time I went to test online there was some technical issue which prevented me from testing either at that time or on that day (which required that I had to reschedule my appointment and get ahold of the help desk.) The online testing UI needs to be worked through and all the bugs removed.

Aceable itself is a well-run entity. However, examity being the company who does the proctored exams is less than ideal. Always such a hassle. Will be very glad to not have to use examity once I’m finished with the courses. Other than that I have enjoyed the experience using Aceable to attain a real estate license.

Prelicensing
For those new to getting their real estate license, AceableAgent offers three prelicensing course package options. However, each package and its inclusions may vary due to each state’s unique requirements. Currently, AceableAgent’s prelicensing courses are available in 14 states:

Exam Prep

The company recently launched PrepAgent by Aceable, offered in all 50 states. You’ll only need to decide how much time you need to study for the license exam (one week, one month, or three months) and decide on your subscription package. But if you’re considering purchasing a Deluxe or Premium prelicensing package, you don’t have to subscribe to PrepAgent anymore, as you’ll automatically get access to it.
Post-licensing
Once you become licensed, you’ll need to take post-licensing classes to renew your license. Your post-licensing hours will depend on your state. AceableAgent only offers post-licensing courses in Florida, Georgia, and Texas.
Continuing Education
AceableAgent offers limited continuing education courses. There are few elective choices, and most of all, the school only provides continuing education in three states: Georgia, New York, and Texas.

The AceableAgent course dashboard is pretty simple. On the left-hand side, you’ve got an outline of classes, marking your progress through the required material. A “what’s next” prompt sits front and center, indicating your immediate steps toward completing your prelicensing course and a collection of typical navigation links across the top.
Other real estate education companies, like Colibri Real Estate or Kaplan, have dashboards with more information (such as upcoming training webinars, course statistics, and mastery opportunities). Still, we weren’t dissatisfied with the AceableAgent experience.
AI Tools ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The newest feature of AceableAgent is an AI virtual instructor that is similar to ChatGPT and just as helpful. It’s included in all courses free of charge and available on all platforms and devices. So what does it do? The AI instructor answers questions as you go through your courses. If you decide to use the feature, the Ace robot will be visible in the left corner of your dashboard screen when you are reading through chapters. If you have a question while you’re learning, ask Ace by starting a chat. This will give you a quick and efficient response to your burning questions.
