Thanks for the article, I agree with most of it until you get to Colorado as an example. Every licensed person is a “broker” right out of the gate. Which means they are all brokers in CO…. Yes, they have supervising, or managing brokers, but it can be a bit confusing to the consumer…. Not sure if there are other states that do the same.

Stats usually come from the Bureau of Labor and Statistics or the National Association of Realtors, but they are quoted in the piece 🙂
