Here’s my morning routine, thought I’d share.
Wake up at 5:30am/if i’m going to the gym 6am if not
Freshen up
1 lap on my treadmill just to get the blood flowing/not counted as a workout
Mediate 15-20 min
Visualize/an out loud recital of gratitude, affirmations, personal/family/business goals
Read a page or few from a good bood (recently The One Thing)
Write down some thoughts, gratitude, freeform writing (can be a few words up to a page)
7:30am skill practice call
8-11:30am business calls
11:30am 2nd skill practice call
12pm lunch
1pm appts/more calls
