That depends, what specific functions are you looking for it to do?

1) CRM
2) Online Marketing
3) Lead Management
4) Agent Website (w/IDX Integration)

If your not sure think about the type of agent you are wanting to attract to your brokerage. Newer agents have different needs than producing agents.

All-in-one solutions like kvCORE can be very expensive for a small brokerage to provide and (from my experience) only about 10-15% of the agents will use the system you provide. So don’t bet the farm on your CRM.

I would look for systems that charge by the user. This allows you to only pay for the agents that are using the system. Placester.com used to offer this.
