At the end of the day, as an agent, you are as good as your last escrow check. I would strongly advise someone who can motivate people and create systems, become a broker. Because as a broker, you can structure your business in a way that it will live on beyond you and being inheritance to your children and your children’s children.

Hi Pascal –

There are lots of benefits that agents get from their broker. First, they give them the ability to work. Agents can’t legally operate without a supervising broker. Second, they can offer guidance and protection for transactions. Third, they offer training, mentorship, and professional development.

These are just a few of the benefits a great broker provides!

This is really great information, I always wondered how brokers get to so much. Thank you for this. But I wanted to actually know more about how real estate agents benefit from their brokers, in detail.
