However, when viewing properties, changing between photos takes several seconds — this poor response will discourage visitors to the site and will cause them to search on some other online platform. I have opened several support tickets and am not getting proper resolution. Furthermore, the map functionality when viewing a property occasionally shows Phoenix properties in the Chicago area. I have opened support tickets on that issue as well.
I have requested that these basic functions get resolved or cancel my service. I am not getting adequate support or resolution to these issues.
