I agree 100%. However many properties don’t “show” well using something like matterport which is why I think a narrated video walkthrough where the listing agent can talk through issues is the way to go. That said, many people will start to expect a virtual tour using something like matterport so it might become the standard.

It make things so much more convenient for the client. If for nothing more, than the very first time a client wants to see a property, it is the perfect solution. Then they are able to “pin down” which homes they truly would like to see in person.
