As I write this, LionDesk is $83 per month / $999 billed annually. It looks like they are charging for things that they didn’t used to charge for, too. I heard they were bought out recently? Is it still a good value at these prices?
It looks like LionDesk has some competitors. RealtyJuggler looks like it is the least expensive at only $179 a year and they were great answering questions when I called. Have you explored them / what is happening in the Real Estate CRM market lately? I would love to see a feature comparison on The Close.
Thanks again for a great article.

Hey Maryann, we’re working on it. It’s actually strangely complicated to format HTML into a printable form which seems ridiculous in 2020, but here we are! Sign up for our email list and you’ll know as soon as we implement printing for our articles.

I share the site with my team but at times it would be great to down load and print the information. Currently I have to copy and paste which is another step that I hate having to make.

Hey Paul, I agree. I think ease of use is a very underrated feature for a great real estate CRM. Too many agents go for bells and whistles then don’t use them because the software has a steep learning curve or just isn’t a pleasant place to spend time.

For the money Liondesk is the best. You can access email campaign form other agents all over the country. Add to that video emails, newsletters, and postcards (electronic and snail mail).

Once you learn the Liondesk CRM layout it makes sense while others don’t. Trust me on this, other CRM’s look enticing but once you start diving into them you find it doesn’t do what you want it too. Also the sight is fast 90% of the time, there’s some room for improvement here. Liondesk constantly adds new features. For the money, this real estate CRM is unmatched.

Hey Will,

Thanks for your input here. When you say your emails bounce, what do you mean? Are you working with an older list? Who provided it? To my ear it sounds like you have a large list that might need pruning. Sometimes duplicate emails, or contacts with the same email end up in your list if you auto import and don’t manually check it. When was the last time you pruned your contact list?
