Great ideas! I found one on Etsy and produced it with Canva. Let’s see how it goes. But I have a question about adding this phrase on my postcard – “Or you can pose a guarantee to sell in 60 days.”

What does the seller get if I don’t sell the home in 60 days? Must I buy the house? Offer a free gift certificate to the Capitol Grille? Seriously, this market is a little bit unpredictable.

In reply to Michael. Hey Michael! I think your best bet for what you're asking for is Canva or VistaCreate. You can do all the design work and then download them to your computer and print them yourself! Hope that helps.
