Hey Kimberly, creating hashtags will be different on different platforms, but generally speaking you can just add a hash symbol “#” to a word and it will become a hashtag. You can tell because it will turn blue. For example, if you type #hustle when you’re writing a tweet, Twitter will let you choose to include that hashtag or other similar hashtags that are more popular in your tweet. Kind of hard to explain, so just try it the next time you are writing a tweet.
