Hi there-I have a client who rents in an area they wish to purchase in. They are looking for a partner for a duplex property. Aloha, I am from Hawaii and I found this website very encouraging. I am 1 of 40 people listed on a 10 acre parcel that is threatened by an auction due to delinquent land tax. I’m the only one paying my portion of land taxes for the last 20 years. I’ve saved it from the last auction in 2016 by paying over 16K to successfully stop the sale in 2 days by taking out a loan, costing me more than I could’ve imagined. I promised my mom in her final days that I would try my best not to lose this property. I need to create a “Sign Off” letter to encourage the others to sign off before proceeding to payoff the back taxes.
