I rarely post a comment, but I just had to in this case.

I am on the hunt for inspiration and some unique ideas to boost my 35 year real estate career. It’s not dying or dead, but just kind of stagnating, and I need to revitalize it.

It has been a long road, but we’re in unprecedented times, and this would be a great time to get innovative. Also, a great time to get with the social-media program. Make some vids and post on Instagram.

Hey Marcella,

I agree 100%. The only problem is that for some reason the high end brokers are a bit more willing to share effective strategies than “normal” agents. That said the stretegies don’t change all that much, you just need to be a little bit more creative, or maybe spend a bit more if you want to stand out in your farm area. It’s never an easy balance though.
