I have held a real estate license since 1988 but since 2007-2009 and watching the people I loved and cared about suffer so much loss in the housing market, I still grieve for them. I want to go back and help people buy and sell. I am concerned once again with rising interest that we may be looking again at short sales and foreclosures. What are your thoughts?
