Thanks for the comment. I agree, training is very important for part-timers. Because the schedule for part-time agents is so varied, on-demand training is often the best option for Realtors.

Good article, however my experience with part-time agents is they can’t find the time for education. Training is critical to be a successful real estate agent. Online video training misses the mark. Clients are truly looking for agents that can operate and negotiate as a pro. PT agents should locate a solid brokerage that provides flexible live training and total broker support.
