As a real estate agent, provide warnings to your farming area and your community about what to look out for.

When it comes to FEMA declared disasters, scammers know when victims will be receiving their FEMA assistance checks.

They go into neighborhoods that have been damaged and are very convincing that they will repair the home. People will come from all around the country and can show a fake contractor’s license so a wonderful way for you to support your community is to offer to verify the licenses or recommend people you know.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER pay the full amount of the repairs upfront no matter how hard someone pushes.

When it comes to potential foreclosures, when talking with the lender establish a contact person or you call them. Anyone can find Notices of Default at the county clerk’s office and reach out saying they can help.

Verifying licenses, and checking out individuals and organizations is so important!

Hi, Holly—so sorry to hear about this. It’s tough to give advice not knowing where you are or what kind of professional license this person holds. But I would start with your local tenants rights organization or the office of professional regulations/licensure in your state.

I am so sorry to hear about this, Katherine. It sounds like a very frustrating and stressful situation (which is the last thing you need when you’re trying to sell a house!)

Every day, technology advances. There are new technologies that can not only track bitcoin addresses but also determine which platform or exchange they belong to. Anyone would agree that this is a significant step forward in the recovery of cryptocurrency that has been lost or stolen. I lost almost $590,000 to a 500 investment, but thanks to Henry walter and his colleagues at David Moore for their competent and ethical services in retrieving all of my money from this scam binary options firm. If you need to recover money from a romance scammer, ICO, Binary options fraud, or IQ option business, you can email them at davidmoore9951 @ gm ail. c om Information is crucial.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! Obviously I don’t know about your particular offer, but John Oliver’s recent episode about timeshare was a bit of a shocker: https://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2023/mar/20/john-oliver-last-week-tonight-recap-timeshares

We are hoping he can get out of the contract.
