Thanks for writing this article, I believe your comments were bang on, and in a well structured format. Finding that ideal coach to help you grow your business is one of the smartest decisions an agent can make. I think we all know that there are lots of good coaching companies out there and dozens of qualified coaches. And size certainly doesn’t matter since smaller agencies may have the perfect coach to match up with the client’s needs and personality. Tracking down the right fit is the tricky part.
