Still too many choices.

I have been operating my real estate business just off of gmail for 17 years I might
try streak to help consolidate or click up. If you have a suggestion for a one man show, mostly listings, need to put transaction in a sequential easy to follow almost like a if this than that
step by step viewable process to show the seller and or buyer.

RealOffice360 no longer has a free option – they only have a free trial.

Agile requires a “professional” email address. They won’t allow you to sign up with a “free” email address, like Gmail.

Glad to help. For a new agent, I would say Freshsales is the way to go. They are most equipped with the tools that new agents need, and they have package options that you can grow into.

They’re my favorite low-cost option at the moment!

Hello Chris. Very much appreciate your review of CRM systems. I am a commercial real estate/mortgage broker and am looking for a CRM system that is reasonably priced, allows me to email and keep track of multiple prospects, brokers, buyers and sellers by groups, like Constant Contact, but with a CRM component that CC lacks. Can you suggest the best three or four that come to mind? Thank you.

Anyone have any thoughts on The CRM “Cloze”. Our agency just installed it, we are all on the learning curve and, we’ll so far, so good.
