Most of my leads come in via PPC as I moved to a different state with zero SOI. These leads have already agreed to receive communication from me when they registered on my website. LionDesk requires additional text opt-in from leads that already agreed to receive them. Leads shouldn’t have to jump through multiple opt-in hoops and it just makes it easier for them to say no to that extra request. I tried LionDesk again because I heard their video texts do not create links but the video plays right on the text. Oh well, not worth the extra opt-in requirement to me.

Hi Patrick! LionDesk has a lot of features that many of our readers absolutely love. Having said that, it’s not for everyone. There are several CRMs on the market today that have different interfaces, features, and price tags. I remember when I first got into real estate I went on a kind of quest to find the CRM that would work best for me. I tested out several before I finally landed on one that I loved. The best CRM is the one that you will use every single day. So try out several to find the best fit for you.

While LD is on the cheaper side of things it’s just very busy and would not recommend it. The built in dialer is also terrible.

About a year ago they changed servers and lost my action plans and letters. The program hasn’t worked right since. Their answer was to cancel phone support. They talked about compensating me for the lost data and the time to rebuild but instead they raised the price. This is a poorly run company that is more interested in profits than doing the right thing.

It has some truly remarkable capabilities for agents who are a little more tech savvy. Also, SiSu is really doing some big things I think and based on their trajectory I think they will be a home run by Q2 next year. I might be switching from Brivity to Sisu if they add a few more things.

Hi, JFT! I think you might be looking at their subscription plans. But the ala carte options still start at $21.

We switched from Market Leader to KVCore and I feel like KVCore is leaps and bounds better than Market Leader. In fact, I left and went to a national brokerage who was using ML for a couple years and I was reminded all the time of how meh it is. Just my two cents.

Hi Shawn –

Thanks for the question. I like KVCore. They didn’t quite make the list this time around, but there’s only so much room in each article. This is a good option too though!
