Do you have up-to-date, consumer facing explanation of Buyer’s Agency, BACA, and compensation options?
This still states that the Buyer pays nothing out of pocket and the Seller pays commissions?!?

Hi! I have taken notes on this excellent article but when I went to download the template for the buyer presentation nothing happened. I filled in my email as requested and I I’ve downloaded other great tools from this site but for some reason this presentation will not download. Any ideas or any way you can help a girl out? Thanks for such great work and a great gift to the Real Estate community.
