In reply to Don Moffett. Hi Don! That’s a stat I did not find in my research, but I bet it’s relatively high. In states where dual agency is legal and even in states where transaction brokers exist, agents love to work both sides as often as possible!

Hey Chris, great stats, thank you!

Are you able to tell me, roughly, how many home sellers in a given year are single and how many home sellers are married couples. Just ballpark is great, 50/50, 60/40, etc. I’m basing everything in my analysis on the average annual number of home sales 2017-2021 (5.7mm).
