With either a 299 monthly fee or 3,000 annual fee you get a no-cap 100% commission, kvCORE crm and property booster for lead generation, your own website, RedX and Cole Realty (and a dialer) for calling expireds, fsbos and circle prospecting, free coaching and training, a hotline phone number for any assistance and questions. There are also some individual offices available for rent (last I heard it was $200 a month) if you want to work out of one of the 3 branch offices. As a boutique agency with about 250 agents it really feels like a family here. Brookstone also has an in-house lender and title company. Call me if you want any more info or have questions. I have been pleased and impressed. eXp is the most agent centric brokerage I have experienced. While not a KW agent, I spent lots of time attending KW Trainings and events and loved that model but found a lot of pressure and high costs in taking advantage of some of what is available. eXp is DEBT FREE and that is a huge factor for me. To see such careful management makes me feel as if I am invested on a firm foundation. Revenue share is in real time where profit share is only determined by a particular office or franchise ability to create profit. Glen Sanford, himself, is approachable and accessible. Training opportunities are super strong. I haven’t see anything missing! And you ought to see how excited my grandchildren are to “go to work” with me on that amazing Cyber Campus that is eXp.

Sounds like you’re with a typical old school Broker. They’re everywhere hiding behind the logos of each of the those mentioned in this article and others. (At least where brokerage is controlled by individual owner (franchisee) and not a company employee. )

I’m with people I love in an Anywhere franchise (not mentioned in the article but I believe all Anywhere franchises are the same) and there’s no evidence of energy, ingenuity or training.

They are the largest 100% commission brokerage in the nation, with over 26.000 agents.

I wake up everyday thankful for Tiffany and Katie and their commitment to excellence and relentless love and support toward me and the nurturing of my career.

Would LPT be good for someone just starting out? Is there training?

I just acquired my real estate license at the end of last month. I started with a local broker who promised me training. He is older and very well known but he just let me know he is struggling finding leads. He wants me to go door to door with door knockers and mail out postage cards. As far as social media, he doesn’t do anything. Nicest guy in the world but he wants me in the office 5 days a week to answer phones. He also mentioned paying companies for leads. I have only been there 2.5 weeks and we haven’t really done any type of training this past week and very minimal training overall. Who would you recommend to start with? We have century 21, Re/max, Keller Williams and a group from EXP.

Which brokerage would be the best at supporting a new realtor who is looking to only do this part time?
