Hey Randy, like anything else, what you get out of your education depends on what you put into it. We all know people with Ivy league degrees who didn’t take the right steps or work hard enough to leverage that degree. If you take your learning seriously though, set your goals properly, and work hard on incremental improvements, you will see results. This is true for pretty much anything you do in life. The trick is to get on the right path in the first place and lean on the hard won knowledge of people who have already successfully done what you’re trying to do. That said real estate is not for everybody and it requires a sizable commitment of time and energy to build a brand that lasts.
