Hi Thelma –

The answer to that question will vary by state. Some states have a grace period where you can reactivate an expired license without even taking the test again, some don’t. I’d check with your state’s licensing division to see what the policy is.

These are annual dues. Every local MLS is a little bit different, so how they process their local fees will vary, but NAR is a professional organization with an annual membership.
