Hi Sharon, I did some digging into My Single Properties – you’re right, it looks like their contact form doesn’t work.
They are not one of our recommended providers. There’s barely any information about them online. Unfortunately I’d recommend charging back your card and trying out one of the providers on our list. Hope this helps!

Does anyone know how to contact My Single Properties Websites?
I have been contacting them for almost a year to cancel my subscription and they ignore me and continue to hit my credit card.
When I click on “Contact” on their webpage it goes to a page that says “this company no longer helps with support”, etc.
So, how does one get these people to stop other than me filing a complaint and fraudulent charges with my card?

Thank you Emile. might you include whether these picks integrate with MLS? Having the ability to easily import photos and possibly other info from the MLS listing makes a single property site easier to create.

Thanks for the informative article… but please correct one error… Listings Unlimited also has a single site price of $24.95 per year if one chooses to select that. I use it all the time.

In reply to Rob. Hey Rob, We hear you. Plenty of boomers are super tech savvy these days, and being the greatest generation and all we genuinely didn't mean to imply anything negative. There is no one size fits all message when it comes to marketing though, so sometimes we end up generalizing. That and our stock photo options are fairly limited. Still bullish on single property websites if done correctly though. Hope your business is thriving and continues to thrive!

Emile, I understand the attempt to be cheeky about Boomers, but as a borderline Boomer/Gen X broker, you might consider dialing it back a bit. The photo depicts a person likely in their 80s holding a film camera. My wife’s parents are in their late 80s (well beyond the Baby Boomer generation) and are proficient with their iPhones as cameras, video recorders/players, and communication devices.

Thanks for the useful info. Single property sites can fill a gap for low-volume builders, developers & flippers who don’t have the time or desire to market their product via a website, especially during construction. They are especially sensitive about putting a property on market too early without good images or renderings and racking up days on market. A single property website can give sign inquiries from casual lookers a place to get info about the project without the property being too visible on the web.
